Introductory Phone Call - FREE
Sessions - £50
Concessions and Sliding Scale Payment Option available - dependent on personal circumstances.

How long does a session last?
A session is 50 minutes.  

How many sessions will I need?
This is very dependent on your presenting issue.
I offer both short and long term therapy.
 
Are all sessions face-to-face?
In the main I work face-to-face as I feel that this is the most beneficial way to begin and develop the relationship.  Video and phone sessions are available on occasion, once therapy has begun and if face-to-face is not possible.

When do you work?
Monday - Friday 10:00 - 19:30
Saturdays - 10:00 - 14:00

What are your qualifications?
BTEC: Level 2 & 3 Counselling Skills
BTEC: Level 5 Therapeutic Counselling
Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)

Everything discussed is completely confidential within the limits of the law.
Reasons to breach confidentiality are outlined in my Counselling Agreement - given once therapy has begun.
